How much does a website care plan cost?
Our care plans start at $75/mo for a typical small business site, with 2 content edits included and extra edits at $30 each. Bigger sites cost more, and we confirm your number after we talk. Is website hosting included, or billed separately?
It’s included. Every care plan runs your site on our enterprise-grade cloud hosting, together with the security certificate, security updates and uptime monitoring, so hosting never shows up as a separate bill from us.
What counts as an edit?
One change request: new hours, updated prices, a swapped photo, a new team bio or a reworded paragraph. If you send a batch of changes, like a whole new printed menu, we tell you up front how many edits it counts as. Anything bigger than an edit, such as a new page, gets quoted before we start.
Is there a contract?
There’s no long-term contract. The plan runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice under our terms of service. You own your domain name and your content (your photos, text and logo) either way.
Can I edit the site myself?
Our sites don’t have an editor or a login page, which keeps them fast and leaves nothing for anyone to log into and change. You send the update and we make it. If you post something often, like daily specials, tell us before we build so the site is planned around it.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us when the site stops responding, and getting it back up is part of the plan. If a recent change caused the problem, we roll back to the last working version. You can also call or text us whenever something looks off.
Can you maintain a website someone else built?
Our care plan is built for sites we build and host, because that’s how we keep them fast, patched and quick to change. If your current site came from somewhere else, the usual path is a rebuild with us. Builds start at $500 and you see the new site before you pay.
