This page explains how we approach accessibility on grambergmedia.com, what we have done, what we are still working on, and how to reach us.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read about our work, find what they need and get in touch. Gramberg Media builds websites for a living, so we hold our own site to the same standard we build to for clients.
The standard we build to
We build this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the target we work toward and test against. We do not claim a certification or a legal determination of compliance.
What we have done on this site
- Pages use real headings and landmarks, and a skip link jumps past the navigation to the main content.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Form fields have labels, and links and buttons have descriptive names.
- Text and controls are checked for color contrast against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Animation and moving effects respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
- Pages stay usable when you zoom in and on a phone.
We test with an automated accessibility checker on desktop and phone sizes, and by hand with a keyboard, before changes go live. The date below is when we last ran that review.
Known limits
We do not claim this site is perfect. Some parts are provided by other companies and we do not control all of their behavior:
- The booking calendar for scheduling a call.
- The shop’s cart and secure checkout.
- Embedded maps and similar third-party content.
We choose these tools with accessibility in mind. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will help you another way.
Tell us if something is hard to use
Call (612) 453-2276 or email contact@grambergmedia.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within two business days and will give you the information another way, such as over the phone, while we work on a fix.
