This Refund Policy covers refunds and cancellations for all Gramberg Media services. By working with Gramberg Media, you agree to the terms below.
1. Monthly Packages (Subscription Services)
Our monthly service packages — including website hosting and maintenance, SEO, advertising management, and marketing automation — are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to contact@grambergmedia.com. Your services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle after notice is received.
Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. Since services are delivered continuously throughout the month, we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
No Long-Term Contracts
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You are free to cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Gramberg Media earns your business every month — not through contracts, through results.
2. Project Work (One-Time Engagements)
For custom website builds, web applications, and other one-time projects, payment is typically structured on a milestone basis.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) is required before work begins. This deposit covers project planning, discovery, initial design work, and resource allocation. The deposit is non-refundable because work begins immediately upon receipt.
Milestone Payments
Remaining payments are tied to project milestones as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Each milestone payment is due upon delivery and approval of the corresponding milestone. Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project mid-engagement, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including the initial deposit. Any work completed beyond the deposit will be billed at the agreed-upon rate. Upon payment, all completed deliverables will be provided to you.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we work collaboratively throughout every engagement to ensure deliverables meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we offer revision rounds as specified in your project proposal or service agreement. We will work with you to address concerns and make adjustments until the work meets the agreed-upon scope and requirements.
If, after reasonable revisions, we are unable to meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial credit toward future services.
4. External Costs
Some services involve external costs that are passed through to the client, such as domain registrations, stock photography, advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and software licenses. These costs are non-refundable by Gramberg Media, as they are managed by the respective vendors.
5. Disputes
If you have a concern about billing or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at contact@grambergmedia.com. We will review the situation promptly and work with you to reach a fair resolution. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
