Information we collect

Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic. Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. CRM platform
When you submit a form on our Site, your information is stored in our customer relationship management platform. This system stores and processes your contact information to help us manage communications and deliver services.
Hosting provider
Our Site is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Our hosting provider may collect server logs including IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard web hosting operations, along with anonymous page-speed measurements.
Booking calendar
The scheduling calendar on our booking pages is provided through our CRM platform. When you book a call, the details you enter (your name, email address, phone number and the time you choose) are stored there so we can confirm and keep the appointment. The calendar may set its own cookies that it needs to work.
Advertising and analytics
We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find and use the Site and to measure whether our advertising works. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device.
- Google Analytics: Measures how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, time on each page, the device and browser used, an approximate location based on your IP address, and how you arrived (for example, from a search, an ad or a link).
- Google Ads conversion measurement: When you arrive from one of our Google ads, a cookie records the ad click so we can see whether that visit led to an inquiry, such as a form submission or a tap to call. When you submit a form after an ad click, the email address and phone number you entered are converted in your browser into a scrambled code (a hash) before being sent to Google, which uses it only to match the inquiry to the ad.
- Google Ads remarketing: Remarketing cookies may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the Site, on Google and on websites that partner with Google.
- Meta pixel: When we run campaigns on Facebook or Instagram, the Site may load the Meta pixel. It records page views and inquiries so Meta can measure those campaigns and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
- Performance data: Our hosting provider collects anonymous performance data, such as how quickly each page loads, to help us keep the Site fast. This data does not identify you.
You can limit how these tools use your information:
- Adjust or turn off personalized Google ads in Google’s ad settings (opens in a new tab).
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info (opens in a new tab).
- Manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad settings (opens in a new tab).
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above.
We do not sell your personal information.
Visit counting on our own server
Alongside Google Analytics, the Site runs a small counter of our own. It records that a page was viewed, and that a tap was made on a phone number, a text or email link, a link to another site, a PDF or a form. We use the totals to understand what works on the Site and to build the monthly website reports we give our clients.
- It sets no cookies and does not follow you from one site to another.
- It does not store your full IP address. We keep only an approximate city, the type of device and the page.
- It does not keep the full address of the page you came from, or anything in a web address after the question mark.
- Visits from our own devices are left out of the counts.
- Counts are kept for 25 months, then deleted.
If you would like your visits left out, you can block the script in your browser or contact us using the details below.
Text messages
When you give us your mobile number on one of our forms and agree to receive texts, or when you call or text our business line, we may text you about your inquiry: for example, the link to your website preview, a question about your project, appointment details, or a reply to a call we missed.
- Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, provide our services, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and client data are retained in our CRM for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
